When pulling (softly) to disconnect one of the USB plugs the whole system turned off (it happened twice). Could be that when pulling the plug, the circuit board was moved and the ON/OFF button was pressed by mistake or could be any other issue?

Software
There is pop-up window asking us to “Reinstall Chrome, since it cannot be updated” we didn’t press at that time. However later on we could press it. A new package is downloaded, we didn’t launched it just in case.

VPN connection & language issues
Rachel speaks Spanish, but the games were not loaded. Since we though that the problem was that VPN was not connected, we decided to connect it manually. For that we tried several commands:
• When pressing “F7”. A message saying something related to “Caret browsing” appeared.
• When pressing “F1”= Ubuntu Desktop Guide.
• When pressing “Windows button” we see all the opened windows and we can check the connections settings.
We realized that the VPN was already ON so we don’t know why the games were not loaded.
After we re-opened Cognivitra by pressing the icon on the screen. The language changed to English. Now, the games were loaded and we could play.

Detection
Games that we tried: Attention -> Equal or different, Calculation -> Maths and Memory ->Trees
We could play using the mouse. Although the human icon was green it was difficult to know where our hands/legs were. So that, we couldn’t be sure the option that we were choosing.

Audio
• Today, Xiaomi Earbuds2 microphone was not detected.
• HUAWEI FreeBuds 4i didn’t work.
• Iphone8 was matched. The microphone was detected, but we couldn’t interact with Rachel. The speakers were the ones form the TV.

FEEDBACK:
Now with the box update, the connection and software part of the issue should be solved.

The VPN connection should be solved too after the last update, please test.

In order to change language, click the settings text on the cognivitra loading page where you can change also the wifi network.

I'll keep those models of earphones on the list of tested models.
