In what game, and under what conditions did this happen? Is it the result of incorrect level bug # 60?

After talking to André, he concludes that the problem is not the games canvas, but the canvas option, in the GAMES - Type menu, as shown in the attached file.
I think the most suitable person for this problem is Lícia
